At YADEMAN GIFTS TRADING CO. L.L.C, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer free exchanges on jewelry due to hygiene and quality control reasons, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

1. Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Used, worn, or damaged jewelry will not be accepted.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Return Instructions:

  • To request a return, email us at sales@yadmanemarati.com with your order number and reason.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges on jewelry. However, if you wish to exchange an item:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The customer is fully responsible for:

    • Shipping the item back to us

    • Paying for the new shipping cost to receive the replacement item

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

Approval Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or incomplete items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. You may request a full refund or replacement.
